En iyi işveren teknoloji şirketleri arasında Netflix lider
TeamBlind araştırmasında çalışanlara şirketlerinin durumu soruldu. İşveren olarak hangi şirketin en iyi olduğu verilen cevaplara göre belirlendi. TeamBlind’in veri analizi aracına göre şirketler; çalışmak için en çok tavsiye edilen şirketler, en iyi liderlik ekiplerine sahip şirketler ve en eşit fırsatlara sahip şirketler gibi kategorilerde ele alınarak değerlendirmeye sokuldu.
Netflix bu noktada ilk sırada yer aldı. İkinci Facebook, üçüncü ise Apple oldu. Amazon’un dördüncü olduğu listede Google ‘çalışan memnuniyeti’ ve diğer başlıklarda beşinci sırada.
Yapılan değerlendirmelerde, Netflix diğer şirketlere göre çalışanlardan, çok daha olumlu geri dönüş aldı. Buna göre, çalışanların yüzde 67’si şirketlerini çalışmak için harika bir yer olarak önereceklerini söylüyor. Yüzde 65’i ise Netflix’teki ekip liderlerine güvendiğini, yüzde 74’ü de liderlerinin vizyonu sayesinde motive olduklarını belirtiyor. Bunun yanı sıra Netflix, listedeki 50 şirket arasında, farklı kategorilerin üçünde ilk 5 şirket arasında yer almayı başardı.
Şirket hakkında yapılan yorumlar arasında ise şunlar bulunuyor: Tazminatları çok iyi, akıllı bir şirket ve akıllı çalışanlar bulunuyor. Basit bir iş modeli var ancak soğuk bir ortam (samimi değil) sunuluyor.
Facebook’ta ise çalışanların yüzde 60‘ı liderlerine güvendiklerini söylüyor. Yüzde 81’i şirketin çalışmak için harika bir yer olduğunu ve tavsiye ettiklerini belirtiyor. Facebook çalışanları liderliğe oldukça önem veriyor ve güven duyuyor.
Çalışmak için en çok tavsiye edilen şirketler sıralamasında ise yüzde 52 ile Netflix ilk sırada yer alıyor. Google ve Facebook ise çalışanları tarafından sırasıyla yüzde 18 ve yüzde 12 tavsiye ediliyor. İlginç bir şekilde Amazon çalışanları işten çıkarılma korkusu yaşıyor ve yüzde 39’luk kısmı Amazon’da çalışmayı önermeyeceğini belirtiyor. Facebook çalışanları arasında benzer bir kaygı dikkat çekiyor.
En iyi takım liderleri kategorisinde de veriler pek de değişmiyor. En iyi takım liderliği konusundaki soruya Netflix çalışanlarının yüzde 75’i olumlu cevap veriyor. Takım liderlerine güvende yüzde 60 ile Facebook, yüzde 57 ile Apple, yüzde 46 ile Amazon, yüzde 39 ile Google sıralanıyor.
